Cancellation Policy

Mediations must be paid in full to reserve the desired time.* Cancellation of Mediation appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time (excluding weekends and holidays) to qualify for a refund. Any fees incurred on behalf of the clients prior to mediation, or otherwise will be deducted from any qualified refund amount. This could include multiple contacts with parties, case setup, and document review. *Clients agree that Compass Mediation Group may text them as one method of communication. If clients prefer not to text they should inform their mediator directly.
